I was over worked, sleep-deprived and battling chronic illness. And like you, I found today's go-hard-or-go-home fitness mantra difficult to swallow. Plus, the pursuit of sweaty six pack abs adorning a bikini-body left me feeling empty and ugly.
I wanted exercise to come more naturally and HELP ME SMILE.
I wanted to actually like it.
So, I dug in and started to figure out why fitness is so dreadful and how I could make exercise a happy addition to my life.
