Breaking Barriers #8 - I LEVERAGED MY EGO

We know that being humble is important. It's something I aspire to every day. On the flip side of this, I also know that when I put my ego on the line by giving myself public accountability to complete a goal I'm more likely to complete the goal and not let it evaporate away.

I go public with goals not because I know I'll succeed,

but because I'm afraid I'll fail.

The public accountability pushing at my ego is one component that gets me to succeed. I'm allowing my ego to serve me in a positive way. If the thought of going public with a goal brings you a little stress, then I recommend giving it a try.
